Pretty sure slimefun completely wrecked my land.

Nothing is growing at all on my land. The other day I planted a bunch of slimefun plants along the side of my crops, little did I know most of them would become trees (like almost a dozen of them)
Today I went about chopping the trees down, the leafs wouldn't go so I used flint and steel to burn them all away, now I'm stuck with floating slimefun fruit that can't be harvested via right click.
Now I'm facing an issue in which nothing in my land is growing. I harvested all my crops, and nothing is growing back. Not the wheat, carrots, potatoes, melons, sugar cane, cactus, even the grass where the trees and melons were on are regrowing.
Also having an issue with invisible blocks which are keeping me from placing things, the invisible blocks being where some slimefun items were
