[Out of Character Information]
What is your Minecraft IGN?
[redacted]
What is your Discord Tag?
[redacted]
How old are you? (This will neither increase nor decrease your chances of acceptance.)
[redacted]
What is your timezone?

Have you read the rules? Which do you agree with the most?
Yep. I don’t know if it quite qualifies as a rule per-say, but I’m in love with the bounty system and the fact that staff need to confirm an IC reason for it. Otherwise I think I have to most favor the inability to be out of character.
Where did you find Caeda?
Casually browsing server lists, the roleplay server tag caught my eye but the description really piqued my interest and here I am
Have you previously applied to this server?
Nope, not that I can remember at least. But who knows with my brain.

What is Roleplay?
Roleplay in my own words is best described as building a character and then writing how they would react to various stimulus, other roleplayers being the prime example.
What is Metagaming?
Metagaming is the use of knowledge a character cannot possibly know. Such as the player knowing that a group of people are planning to attack a location, but suddenly their character JimBob the Great knows this and runs to report it to the guard or some such, even though he was nowhere near the location of planning, and his player was just sitting in the discord or something as it was conversed.
What is Powergaming?
Powergaming to my understanding is best put as ‘refusal to lose’ or ‘mary sue complex’ Playing a character that cannot be hurt, but can always hit the mark. They can break any bonds even if they have wimpy noodle arms and know all magic despite never being trained. A good example is emoting something in a fight like ‘leaps into the air and draws his sword, slaying JimBob the Great in one slice across his chest and cutting him in half’.

This is the section where you should begin to formulate and create your character. This character should follow the server’s lore and be a basic character. You character should not start with any masteries or proficiencies. For example, you cannot start a character that has been a mage, or swordsman, for hundreds of years. This takes away from character development and can fall under Powergaming in some cases.
