Abuse of Staff Powers and the Punishing of Strong Players

A pre-note before reading..
I would like to first say that I am not going to go Spr0nk on Aerys or anyone else on the staff team. This is just a report I am filing because I feel as if I am being attacked on a personal level. I am about to spill over in tears because of what has happened recently, but I'll still write this down for my friends and the Caeda family.
I have spent over 10 hours of dedicated gaming time every single day into Caeda. I wake up late morning or early afternoon and stay online until around 12 to 1 in the morning. I use every single minute to progress further on the path to becoming stronger on Caeda. You can see me killing mobs every server night and exploring or doing things such as figuring out new mechanics such as brewing. In total, I played more than 140 hours in less than 2 weeks on Caeda doing my best to climb the ladder of power and grow my social status. I have been a part of many important roleplays and helped out new players get started.
But that all aside, I have been utilizing my spying ability to conduct an investigation into certain players, because I have been noticing that something wasn't quite right. Those players are actually a part of staff. I will be plain and simple with what the outcome of my findings are: certain staff or build team members have been abusing creative mode and spawning in illegitimate items for their personal gain. This, however, does not apply to every staff member. It's just a handful that's been ruining the server's integrity and tarnishing the staff team's reputation. I've encountered times when staff have used creative mode justly too, to fix players' problems and issues that can't be fixed without creative.
In the grand scheme of things, I have found that about 1 to 3 staff members are using creative mode in an incredibly shameful manner. Shame on you people. I cannot believe that you would use creative mode to do things to get more power just because you can't catch up to people who spend hours and hours of their time actually playing the game to obtain that same power.
To the people who I am referring to, shame on you for using hundreds of experience potions to level up your gear and enchant. Shame on you for using those levels to get custom enchantments that require HUNDREDS of levels. Shame on you for using those levels to unlock dozens of SlimeFun recipes without any repercussion. Shame on you for enchanting gear and weapons using those levels and handing them out to other players and staff to use against other players or personal use. Shame on you for spawning in unobtainable items and using them for personal gain.
Do you realize how much I hurt when I see this happening? Do you realize that I respect staff a lot? I've been trying to not say anything for a while now, but I finally broke down in tears today.
I was berated that I was "abusing a glitch" and that some items I have shouldn't be in my possession, or are "glitches". Meanwhile, certain people have been abusing their powers right in front of me and under everyone's noses. That said, most of the staff team do their solemn duty and never gave out items or gave others an advantage by using creative mode. They have stuck by that oath all this time.
