Name: Durzad Warugrim
Race: Dwarf
Class: Warlock
Age: 24
Positive Traits:
Ambitious, Curious, Determined, Disciplined, Educated, Efficient, Mature, Objective, Resourceful, Scholarly.
Negative Traits:
Cold, Deceitful, Greedy, Obsessive, Power-hungry, Predatory, Strong-willed.
Character Description:
Likes to collect and use magical charms, constantly seeks new knowledge about all things magical, aspires to be the most respected and/or feared magic user in the land, will go to great lengths to acquire magical knowledge, even resorting to malevolent methods.
Character Lore:
Durzard Warugrim was born in a far away land, across the vast oceans. He was born into a wealthy family, who did their best to afford him the most talented mages and warlocks in all the land. Trained from the age of 6 to master the rudimentary arcane arts, he has great knowledge of the basic talents of a magic user. Having chosen the path of Warlock upon his arrival in Caeda, Durzad has come to a crossroads. He has begun collecting magical charms, each with an ability of their own. He uses them to widen his grasp of magical knowledge through combative means with the numerous undead which walk the lands of Caeda. Skeleton archers, Zombies, monstrous slimes and more. All fall beneath Durzad's magical attacks.
With his recent arrival in Caeda, he has changed drastically. Once a Dwarf who enjoyed the company of friends and family, and a good mug of mead at his side, he now only cares for power. He seeks it in all forms, primarily magical. He wishes to understand Wizardry in all its aspects, and to become a master of the Runed magic. He wants to use his magical abilites to carve an empire out of this new land. He will achieve this through peaceful means if he can, or through hostile means if he must. He fears no one, but he keeps his wanton greed in check, for fear that it may one day consume him. Dwarves are always motivated by it, he knows this, but he has designs that cannot allow this to be a part of him.
Greed is his greatest weakness, it seems. His propensity for ill-conceived knowledge gathering may one day leave his corpse smoldering on the ground, after a dangerous ritual gone wrong...
