Raid Rules
The aggressor must give a five minute warning time (in OOC) to the defenders. During this time the defenders are allowed to get their gear and call to allies.
1) When the five minute timer starts, no one involved in the raid are allowed to use teleportation, fast travels, or warps to get to the raided town.
2) The raiders must stay inside the general area of the town unless they are chasing down defenders.
3) All defenders must make it known to the attackers who is acting in the defence.
4) The method of fighting is put into the hands of the defending side unless the amount of players participating in the raid exceed 5, then the method of fighting is automatically PVP (In which a countdown of 10 seconds is required)
5) The return of items is not required.
6) If the raid goes 30 minutes without combat, the raid is over and whoever is in control of the town wins the raid.
7) If the attacker of the raid wins then the town goes on a 12 hour raid cooldown, making the town unable to be raided for that duration. If the defenders win the cooldown is 24 hours. The cooldown can be removed by the owner or an assistant of the town.
8) At the end of the raid, the attackers must vacate the town.
